This Privacy Policy explains how ZJIA Game ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Mosaic Bounds (the "App").
Information stored on your device
The App stores gameplay progress, stars, best times, music and sound preferences, and advertising display state locally on your device. This information is used to provide game features and is not used by us to identify you.
Advertising and tracking
The App may use third-party advertising services to request, deliver, measure, and limit the frequency of ads. These services may process device identifiers, IP address, device information, diagnostic information, and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies.
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. You can allow or deny this permission, and you can change your choice later in your device Settings. Denying permission does not prevent you from playing the App.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information processed by advertising providers may be shared with those providers only to operate advertising, prevent fraud, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Children
The App is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App's features. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you remove the App or clear its data. Third-party providers retain data under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
